Which are your rights?
Basically, any time, free of charge and without formalities for the requests expressed, the user is entitled to:

– access to personal data and know the relevant origin (when such data are not provided directly), the purposes and the reasons for such processing, the data of the subjects to whom they are disclosed, the storage time or the parameters used to define it;

– delete personal data from the Data Controller’s databases and/o archives or back-ups in case they are  no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing or in case of data breach, in compliance with the law in force and, in any way, if the processing is not justified by another equally legitimate reason;
– limit the processing of personal data in some circumstances, i.e. whenever the relevant correctness has been contested for the necessary period for the Controller to check their accuracy. You shall be informed within a reasonable time about the conclusion of the suspension period or when the reason of the limitation of the data processing will be no longer valid, thus causing the suspension of the limitation itself;

The Data Controller shall proceed in this sense without delay and no later than within a month from receipt of your request. If necessary, this deadline can be extended by two months, considering the complexity and the number of requests received by the Data Controller. In such cases the Data Controller, within a month from receipt of your request, shall inform you and update you about the reasons of this extension. How and when can you refuse your authorisation to personal data processing?
For specific and particular reasons, the consent to your personal data processing can be refused at any time, if based on legitimate interest, by sending your request to the Data Controller at: info@gelateriaghisolfi.com.
