ORGANIC ICE CREAM
Since 1996 we have been pioneers in the production of organic ice cream made according to authentic artisan ice cream recipes and using the best ingredients offered by organic agriculture.
VEGAN ICE CREAM
Our vegan ice cream is produced with a highly curated selection of fruit picked at the right stage of maturity, without milk and preservatives.
Our sorbets contain high percentages of fruit which makes them incredibly similar to real fruit.

Our unlimited flavour range is created with a perfect mixture of thoroughly selected high-quality ingredients (fruit, fresh whole milk and cream), passion, innovation and quality, perfectly combined to make a unique ice cream.
Ghisolfi ice cream is created around our customers’ needs to satisfy even the most refined tastes.
Our Laboratory is able to produce both small and large quantities with more than 300 ice cream varieties.
