DIE ANF\u00c4NGE: DIE ERSTE \u201cGHISOLFI\u201d EISDIELE IN MEDA (IN DER N\u00c4HE VON MAILAND)<\/h5>\n

Die Geschichte der Gelateria Ghisolfi beginnt im Jahre 1958, als Alessandro Ghisolfi und seine Frau Fernanda ihre erste Eisdiele in Meda (in der N\u00e4he von Mailand) er\u00f6ffnen.
\nDamals wurden die Zutaten langsam in Bain Marie gekocht und pasteurisiert, dann durch einen st\u00e4ndigen und m\u00fchsame Bewegung manuell eingefroren, um -endlich- in einer rudiment\u00e4ren Vertikalmaschine Solegek\u00fchlt zu werden.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_empty_space height=“2rem“]<\/div>

Seit 1996 ist Ghisolfi Vorreiter in der Herstellung von Bio-Speiseeis durch eine kuratierte Auswahl von Rohstoffen und Zutaten und nach traditionellen Verfahren der Produktion von nat\u00fcrlichem Eis.<\/p>\n
